April 29th
GOAL: To improve my skills in badminton and use it to give me exercise and a way to improve my overall well-being.
This month we have continued games against other schools added on to regular training, now because we get to practice three times a week, my consistency and techniques are getting better because I get to play against my teammates many times.
I think my well-being is improving because doing this improves my strength and health, which in turn raises my self-confidence a little more because I know that I’m stronger than I was before and can do more than I could.
As a result, I think I am doing well with my goal so far and I think I am improving at a steady pace. Like last time, I still need to improve my smashes so that I can have a good technique to use against opponents.
