It’s good to hear how you can see some of the concepts we have studied relate to your day to day experiences, and how they might support you during high school (and beyond). I wonder what your current plans are for the future, and how you see these ideas fitting in to that career path. To what extent is being self-aware important? I’m also glad to hear how being conscious of your levels of optimism and pessimism is crucial for keeping you balanced and focused.
