Hi! We’re in the last few weeks of Digital Perspectives, and we’ve just finished unit 2. In Unit 2, we had to plan and design an ‘About Me’ page for a client. We did lots of work together, figuring out what she likes and what she doesn’t. And this is the final product. Hope you enjoy!

This is the ‘About Me’ page that I created for Annika Brice. Here is her portfolio.

Approaches To Learning:

For self-management, I would say that I show strong indicators. I am always organised with my materials and efficient with my time, and I work towards new goals. I looked at my Unit 1 before I completed the project. I got some feedback from my previous partner saying that I could do more work on my communication skills, so I tried to show information really clearly and keep the audience engaged with the ‘About Me’ page.

For collaboration, I would say that I am in between clear and strong, because we don’t always do collaborative work in class, but when we do, I try to support my peers by giving kind but honest feedback, contribute to group/table discussions, but I also am willing to compromise if my client doesn’t agree with my ideas.

For communication, I would say I am clear because I do try to express my ideas both verbally and digitally, but I don’t always know. For example, if my partner asks me if I like an image for my ‘About Me’ page and I don’t, I will say so and suggest another idea. But digitally, I may not have the skills to do what my client wants.
