Most people think, owning a professional sports team is a very easy task. However, they are unaware about the difficulties that an owner of a team faces as he is in charge of all the proceedings and he has to ensure that everything that is done, is done taking into consideration what is in the best interests of the team. If I had the opportunity to become the owner of any professional sports team in the world, it would undoubtedly be English footballing giants Manchester United. As would be the case with any owner of a sports team, the first thought that will come into mind is the changes that will have to be made in order for the team to function. The changes can include the structure of the team, the players, the coaching staff, logistics, etc. There are so many things that take place within a sports team and even if one thing fails, the entire team is disrupted. Hence, as an owner, it is important to pay close attention to all these departments and whichever one is unable to function at the level that is expected of them, changes should be made in that particular department.
