This year, I am involved in Culturama Indonesia. The experience so far has been going smoothly as I had been committed to every practice session, thereby demonstrating the qualities of learning outcomes 1 and 3 of identying my own strengths of being commited and having perseverance in Culturama.

EE : Interim Reflection
Having finished my EE over the summer, I felt like I demonstrated the qualities of being committed and organised to get the task done. However, there were many challenges that awaited once school started. My ee supervisor pointed out that the content in my essay was quite ambiguous in some places and wasn’t correlating to my research question. After multiple meetings, my supervisor and I finally came up with a plan that will eventually help. We decided to shift the focus of my EE on R&D rather than on the USP of Paterson Energy which made more sense as Paterson Energy had a unique method of production as a result of their R&D. This, therefore, led me to my EE being about how efficiently and intensively conducted R&D can help a business in terms of providing a strong foundation for the launch of an innovative product or improvement of an existing product.
