A few weeks after I started doing Yoga and meditation, I have seen exponential improvements as compared to before. My mind feels more relaxed and refreshed and I have become more efficient with my school work and studies. I have become more flexible and I can participate in the stretches in class better. It has improved my core strength as well, doing several rounds of Surya Namaskar. It is a class that I look forward to after school and it helps to remove any stress and burden of assignments and homework I may have in that week by providing one hour of relaxation and peace.
