During the coronavirus, I revisited my hobby of cooking at home. I have been challenging myself to make dishes I haven’t made before like cookies, cakes, biscotti and scones. Instead, I made Jamie Oliver’s salmon fillet with vegetables, a fresh salad and a basil yoghurt dip. A highly recommended dish, it came out perfectly and I was very happy with my attempt. It was hard to adjust the temperature and remove the bones as well as follow the slightly complicated instructions but taking it step by step and not rushing was worth it.
