Healthy Living: May 2022

This month I focused on reaching a target of 6.5 km, which I managed to surpass the first session while running in the open air. The next session was also open air, but I ran less because I wasn’t feeling motivated. The last two sessions I also ran less, but I did it on the treadmill. Going back on the treadmill I found it a bit easier to run, mostly because I wasn’t having to deal with other variables such as incline and wind resistance. But the reason I ran less is because I slowed down less, which is evident in the heart rate tracker. Being more consistent wore me down a little and I became tired a lot quicker.
