Healthy Living: June 2022

I did 4 running sessions, which I felt proud of, as most times I feel like only doing 3. I focused on running 7km, which I managed to do for 3 of the sessions. The 3rd time I went on the treadmill, I managed to run nearly 7.5km without stopping, which I also feel very proud of. I didn’t really feel tired or the need to stop and rest which means that my form is improving and that I am starting to get used to running for long distances. I also did it in under an hour, which means it is possible that I can run 10km in about an hour at some point. However, I still think it will take me up to 2 hours to run the 10km, especially in the open air.
