3 Rules for better communication
After reading my partner’s (Lauren) document, I see that we both want to be heard equally, the personality types were really different as she was protagonist (hero) and I was a mediator (the soft people) which are quite opposites. The 3 things we could improve on or use better in future discussions or projects is posing questions, presuming positive intentions and providing data.
