(Navigation protocol, sand – shoreline – ship, hard news)
It didn’t deepen my thinking about writing. I didn’t think of any connections that relate the talk to our lessons. It didn’t inspire me to do anything. There isn’t exactly anything that I’m unsure about. It didn’t make think like a writer, maybe to take notes and interview but you can just re-say what the interviewee has said. Something that might stay with me is that some people in our grade have never met their biological family and I just find that crazy and cool. What: Zoe was given on the gov. doorstep in a box with a red blanket (good luck) and then taken to adoption agency. Where: China. Why: Probably because her family either had to suffer from the 1 child policy or they were too poor to take care of her. When: Maybe in 2003.
