In the recipe, beef was used, but when I cooked, I used chicken. The recipe was quite easy to follow but the cooking time took longer than what was in the recipe. I had to add a more tomato paste than what was in the recipe. I usually don’t like spicy food so I didn’t add that much spice but it turned out that the tomato paste that I used already had spice, so the dish was a bit spicier than expected. Before eating it, I put some cheddar over it to make it taste better. Overall, I really like how easy the recipe was and it turned out very well.
