Recently I have started cutting in order to reduce the body fat percentage that I gained during the bulking period. I have completely cut out all the sugar and started eating less carbs and overall less food to have a calorie deficit. The progress so far has been quite great, even though a bit slow. The good part is that I lost very few muscle mass which is a positive. Here are 3 graphs representing muscle mass percentage, body fat percentage and weight.
