My goal for this aspect of NYAA is to be able to run 4km by the end of this journey. I want to be able to this as I was achieving this goal consistently, but then fell off the wagon a little bit. I want to get back on track and pursue this activity that I have grown to love. Here is my first attempt in December. Here, I really did try my best at achieving this goal, but it drained me, so I want to also focus on building up to this goal, gradually.
