Here is the link to a conversation I had with my group 🙂
My three quotes:
“It wants my attention all the time”
Your phone can actually help you find calm and quiet in an otherwise busy day”
“Changing peoples behaviours is actually very difficult”
(We didn’t get to talk about my quotes we ran out of time)

I like how you mentioned that many people are going to big events and only doing it for the evidence or proof, and not to actually enjoy themselves and be in the moment. This was something that I also brought up while having a conversation about smartphones and it impacts us. I agree with your statement when you said writing things down will help you process that information to your brain better, and help you memorise it more efficiently than typing. Also when you said it’s not the kid with the phone’s fault, but society, so I question I had was that if it’s society’s fault, how did society even come to be this way?
