In celebration of international women’s day (IWD) daraja GC collaborated with I-India, GEP and BIA. We held 2 events at lunch over 2 days. First we had a documentary screening of a BBC documentary “All that stands in the way”. We also had a panel of female alumni who talked about their life experiences and shared their stories. There was also the opportunity to wear white, green or purple on Friday to represent IWD. On top of all of this throughout the week we had a set up in the plaza of empowering quotes and mannequins informing the school about IWD. We are so glad to announce IWD as a huge success.
