There was an example of the story had been revisioned for a younger audience, because the original story had characters that had themes such as selfishness, revenge, and jealousy. She also gave one example of the story had been alluded to in the Jackie Chan movie…
- Although she mentioned that western cultures used a different system for their ‘horoscopes’, the changing significance of the story over time and across cultures was not traced.
