Something that has really resonated with me so far in PSE was the session on world mental health day. I’m don’t have any mental  health issues, but there have definitely been times in my life when I am going through rough times. One thing that definitely resonated with me was when the video said that you do not have to have a mental illness to have dips in your mental health, or to focus on yourself. In the second video shown, when explaining about which things to or to not say, I founds myself looking at the ‘what to say’ section and realising that I wished some of those things had been said to me, or that they will be said to me when going through a tough time.
