World Mental Health Day

During this week, I had a lot of moments where by I had doubted myself, and my capabilities. There is always going to be work and extra things to do, and everything had just seemed to be stressing me out and making me feel overwhelmed. At the end of the day, I had made sure that I need to remember that things aren’t as hard as they seem, and if I think about it altogether, then it is definitely going to seem tough. There’s one statement that has always stood by me, and it’s that “nothing is impossible.” Everything is doable, and we as humans who can process information and have the emotional ability, we can definitely surpass anything. I have always thought of this whenever I doubt myself, or whenever I feel stressed.
