Conceptual Understandings

Knowledge: Knowledge is a claim assembled by pieces of indisputable evidence. It is something that is generally known to be true.

Belief: A belief is an individual’s feeling or thought that they feel to be true, regardless of whether it’s been proven or not. Beliefs are a more personal decision than knowledge.

Opinion: An opinion is an individual’s position or perspective on the nature of something (whether it’s good or bad), rather than testing to its existence.
