Fiona Herbert had worked in Kenya for 4 years with many different smaller NGEO’s and some of them connected to larger organisations such as UNICEF. She works as a child protective consultant, she works at refugee camps or on the outskirts of the capital of Kenya, Nairobi. She chose to do this job because she has a background in child protection social work which inspired her to help improve the world. Many issues surrounding the children she has worked with, there is a high ch HIV, milk is expensive, which makes for more mothers to breastfeed which further increases the amount of people who have the HIV virus.
