Circuit Training Second Post

LO1-Identify their own strengths​ ​and develop areas for growth​

We have been doing a lot more resistance training and targeted training lately. Sometimes, we get to make choices on what to do, and these sets of trainings are usually quite challenging. My new area of growth instead of stamina is organization of training. I do a vast range of training within one training and sometimes I don’t see the effectiveness of each. I am able to learn from my coach about designing specific training routines that put heavy burden on one part of my body within one session increasing effectiveness, and through changing areas of focus overtime I am giving each part of my body appropriate rest before increasing intensity.

I am more persistent and motivated than when I first began the activity, and I identify persistence as my newly gained strength
