Ramayana has long been recognised as the famous story of Rama’s exile for 14 years and Sita’s miraculous escape from the arms of Ravana, a demon king. However, it is less appreciated that this story serves as a foundation for countless Indians across the globe. The values instilled upon us from the very first time up to the most recent time listened to this story, never fails to satisfyingly cleanse our minds and bring us one step closer to an equipoised lifestyle. The presentation below encompasses my analyses of the marvellous tale, how it has influenced my life and how it is deeply rooted in the creations of our time today. In acknowledgement of the multiple variations to this story, the main events after the exile were taken into consideration without going into any specifics.
