  • How did I measure my improvement? 

One easy way to measure my improvement was through my physical ability while doing the activity. I noticed that as the weeks went by, I was able to complete the exercises without feeling as tired as I did before, and I was also able to add more weight. This signified that there was an improvement, and I also paid more attention to things such as my form while doing the exercises to prevent injuries. Overall, I felt that I learned how to manage my time more effectively, and to make time for other important activities other than studying. Having a balance is important, and this activity enabled me to adopt a balance.
