Does it matter that your personality circumstance influence how seriously your knowledge is taken?

I think that the personal circumstance of art influence on the artists’ seriously of their knowledge. As usual, artists want to use their works to express their perspective, this is a subjective perspective, and not be limited by knowledge( maybe it will carry some culture or value color). However, for some scientists or mathematicians, their job just to find evidence to explain some rules of this world, these are sure to happen. So they are not influenced by personal circumstances.
