Planning for Production

This stage of my Design Thinking Process is where I need to communicate the assembly and technical details using the correct type of drawing of the final proposal. The type of drawings selected here is crucial for a third party in all design and engineering fields to be able to interpret the details in order to produce your product. During this stage I used CAD or computer aided design such as fusion 360 to help me create detailed drawings to help me with the production process of my product. This area of my production process also included my Orthographic Projection to show all product dimensions, A list of the parts needed and an exploded view to show assembly.

Using CAD was a challenging step at first, completing my first prototype on fusion 360 took me a couple hours, Finishing my CAD was very rewarding as the creation of it took a couple hours to do and creating some areas were very challenging as you had to be very precise with calculations and measurements.
