CAS Reflection #2

What has been the biggest challenge in CAS so far? What might you do to improve this?

My biggest challenge in CAS so far has been to communicate and collaborate with people who I don’t know, or are not particularly close with. I am not the kind of person who is good at starting conversations with new people–I’m rather like the kind who gets very nervous. The reason for this is probably because I still do not have enough confidence with myself and my English, and afraid of saying something ‘strange’ or being ignored. This makes it harder for me to have a productive session with the others. To improve this, I should build up my confidence by, 1.Being more optimistic, and assuring myself everything is going to be all right, and 2.Actually talking to my friends that I know and assure myself by having more experience. Overall, I feel self-confidence is the key, so I am going to keep on thinking about strategies to improve this.
