After each google meeting, I reflected on the conversation using the feedback provided by the seniors. One challenge during the session would be to set their attention with us throughout the meeting as sometimes they may feel the conversation boring or too complicated to understand. Thus we need to shift our attention onto their personal experiences and try to dig into their fascinations. This activity had exercised by conversation and leadership skills overall as one of the essential skills that can be used in future studies.
