in my opinion, teamwork is more crucial that the idea. When you are working with people who you work well with they could fuel you to work harder and bring more ideas to the table. If you all have different ideas but can complement each other with different skills, not only will you build a bigger network together, but you will get to enjoy the process as well. I worked in groups when we all had the same idea but we didn’t work well, over time I lost interest in the topic which drove me to the ending point. So in conclusion, teamwork is more important to me. If you are planning on something big, the process will take a while and if you won’t enjoy it could drive you to not enjoy your idea anymore and you might not want to do it. By surrounding your self with the right people more things that could benefit you will come up and you can make your differences benefit you and your team.
