How Have I Contributed To The Community

This year I’ve tried my best to take advantage of all the opportunities I’ve had in terms of activities. So far I am participating in the tennis team, the HS production, Dt create and innovate and also ITP. Something I have been doing to step out of my comfort zone is to have conversations with people I don’t know and I’ve done my best to be welcoming to every person I talk to. This year I was invited to take part in a band that will play at an upcoming assembly and doing this a big step for me as I usually shy away from opportunities such as this. Something that these activities have given me (other than the obvious skills) has been more good friends with whom I have shared interests. I’ve been able to make friends across grades through these activities, something that I wouldn’t have been able to do alone.
