What qualities does Macbeth possess?

Macbeth has the traits of violence and bravery because in act 1 scene 2 he violently kills MacDonwald by stabbing him from his stomach and sliding the knife to his jaw. He also appears to be proud of his achievements, this is shown when he places the head of Macdonwald on the castle walls.
