I have a vascular malformation in my left leg and I have taken several sclerotherapies which stiffen the muscles so my doctor recommends stretching regularly. It is hard for me to bend my foot more than 90 degrees so I hope my leg condition will improve through stretches in yoga and I wish that I can walk normally without painkillers one day. I also hope I get to improve my flexibility which can help improve my dance performance for dance showcase. When I am dealing with stress and anxiety, I wish I can use yoga skills to improve my mental health, sleep and focus on now rather than the future.
