It is now the half-term break, looking back at the first half of the football season. It has been very hectic and busy. Having only won one game of all the games we have played so far, to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. There are glimpses of moments where the team play together seamlessly, but other than that, the team is not fulfilling to its limits.

Ultimately, most our losses have been from our own downfalls. Lack of communication in key moments and not being able to be technical with our footballing ability, eg. passing, and creating space. This first half of the season has provided me with many opportunities that were not taken well. So, for the next half, we will work harder, try to communicate better on the pitch. As for myself, I will look to improve more on my technical abilities as I think that I express myself rather well on the pitch. However, in order for the team to advance, we really need to account for each others ideas.
