1. Make sure to read the question clearly before answering the question.
– In order to get the full marks for each question, I would have to read the questions carefully so that I would not miss any points that have to be mentioned. For example, for the question regarding enzyme’s action, I was not able to get a fully mark because I talked about the effect of enzyme on the graph (rate of reaction) rather than how enzyme works. (Substrates, active site, lock and key model, and etc.) Additionally, if the question asks for a specific number as an answer, write that instead of the range. (7.2 – 7.6 –> x // 7.5 –> ✓)

2. Instead of skimming through the information/syllabus for the test, research more (deeply) regarding the test to show a thorough understanding of the topic (enzyme).
– Even though I have looked through the syllabus, I was not specifically sure about the enzymes (how and why), which resulted in my lack of explanation for some of the questions. This can be done by researching more details so that I can demonstrate my understanding regarding the topic.
