The last season of CAS has enabled me to create my own high school club with my friend Arnav. As we are both very passionate about business management. However this was very challenging as we found ourselves in positions where we had to manage a large group of students, many who were not always the best behaved. At first we had many problems and students would not necessarily respect us because we were not official UWC teachers. However, this was fixed later on as we worked together to enforce discipline by telling the students what would happen to their companies if they did not take this seriously. Overall a great experience learning about entrepreneurship but making new friends 🙂
