This was my first ever experience going on a trip purely based around sports.
I had never experienced going to another country to play a sport competitively.
This experience was really great as it provided me with a different perspective and view into the life of a professional athlete.
It also gave me a chance to experience the level of badminton internationally of people of my age.
It also showed me the importance of teamwork. Teamwork and communication is an integral part of doubles play in badminton.
As I only had experience playing singles, it was a new experience to me and I have begun to enjoy the fast-paced playstyle possible in doubles which come about with the help of teamwork
