I started Evolve Muay Thai again this semester. I was forced to stop evolve last year due to my surgery. Having a one year gap, I found my body was a lot weaker. My body would get tired during warm-up, my punches and kicks were a lot weaker, and more. One of my coaches who remembered me notices this change and stated how I needed to start building my body again. However, my form was still in shape: although I was generally weaker and slower, my body remembered how to block, punch, kick, etc.
