Evolve 2

I got injured again. This time from falling off of a grab scooter and badly scraping my knees, hands, and shoulder. This forcefully stopped me from doing muay Thai once again. The coach who remembered me told me to come, regardless of my injuries to show dedication in order to move up a level. And I did. I went to class 2-3 times a week. I tried participating in most activities I could, but mainly exercises to build up my body strength. I was only able to start muay thai once again in the after two weeks.

One change I discovered was my stamina. From running and push-ups to skip ropes and sit ups, there are various exercises I had to do which helped me boost my stamina. My improvement in stamina is easily recognisable comparing myself to when I had just started to where I am now.
