When working with others in group situations, I value people who are able to communicate their ideas effectively and are open to the ideas of others as well. However, the one thing my group members can do in order to support me would be to prompt or encourage me to stay on task as I can often get quite distracted and off-task. When it comes to tech, I feel as though I am good at navigating around Google when it comes to researching, despite the fact that I am not as confident in using programmes such as photoshop. What people sometimes misunderstand about me when working with me is that I tend to like having things my way, however, I would like them to know that I actually prefer the contributions and differences in opinions of others. I think myself as more of an extroverted person during group work. It is notable that I like to share my ideas with others in order to ensure my thoughts are valued and heard. In spite of this, please remember that I prefer being an active part of the group whereby leadership roles are split evenly.
