- LO5- Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaborativelyI can’t imagine what would have happened to me if I had to act as the editor of the yearbook alone. I was lucky enough to be working with Akanksha, not only is she way more proficient at design programs than me, but she’s a good friend so it made the late nights, after schools and extra meetings more enjoyable. I think the fact that she was more proficient design and I was more proficient at marketing and maintaining the external connection with our printers, etc, helped us specialize in the Yearbook process. By focusing on what we are good at we could ensure a higher quality of work instead of having to learn the other person’s skill set and try to manage on our own.
I hope this efficiency reflects itself in a better quality yearbook for more people to enjoy!
