Yearbook Organization (g12 FINAL)

LO 3 Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

One of the essential parts of creating the yearbook was ensuring that all groups (ie photography, design, graduate pages, marketing, and journalism) were meeting their deadlines. Without meeting these deadlines, there would be a cost to not only these groups, but the entirety of high school who could not enjoy a high-quality yearbook, which they would treasure for, hopefully, many, many years to come. To make sure they adhered to these deadlines, my co-editor and I created a spreadsheet.

This, till now, has kept us on schedule, in fact, we are ahead of schedule(!!!) and I hope it continues to do so.  It is important to keep in mind, however, that we may mean we have to alter dates and deadlines as unforeseen circumstances — such as Kahaani and PD days– to still meet our final deadline in May for the graduates.
