I think that my project was pretty successful. In the beginning I had trouble deciding how I would present my project. Because of this, I couldn’t put my information together. Finally, I decided to present it as a prezi. If I decided earlier, I could have finished my project faster and it wouldn’t have been as stressful.

Although I encountered some difficulties during this project, I ended up learning a lot about the science behind designer babies and personal skills that could be useful in other projects. I learnt about CRISPR and how Genetic Modification works exactly. I also learnt about the ethical issues that comes with designer babies and how they could destroy our society. In terms of personal skills, I really learnt a lot about self-management and creativity. I have always thought that I am a good self-manager, but with a task as open as this, I very indecisive as there were too many options. I decided to be a bit creative and come up with a unique way of presenting the presentation (using a prezi). These skills can be very useful in other projects too.

The results of my project could have a lot of impacts. There could be a lot of conflict once people realise how powerful designer babies could become and once they realise only the rich can afford them. Coming to this realisation, people will learn to use this tool only with babies who need it such as babies who are going to inherit genetic diseases, etc.

I could have added more sources in my project to improve my work. This would make my project seem much more credible.

In the future I could develop my project and use it to spread awareness as my project will anyways be more relevant in the future when this idea of designer babies is put into practice.
