The project week planning has been quite rough for us due to our lack of communication. However, when everyone did work collaboratively, the planning went really smooth and we got things done faster (LO 5, LO 2). An example of this is throughout the first stages of planning, only a few people fully contributed but as the deadline was nearing in really close, people in my group started doing work, which greatly contributed to the progress of our planning. I personally do have a few problems with working in a team such as wanting to do all the work on my own. However, I realised that if I did, I will be carrying to much load on myself and it won’t be efficient so I instead let my project week members help me with it and work together instead. (LO 1)
