Keeping fit at home – second reflection

LO1: Identify their own strengths and develop areas for growth

I have continued to keep fit at home by doing various activities on the mini trampoline. The workouts have really enabled me relax my body and mind and therefore have contributed to both my physical and mental well-being, which has been the main source of drive for motivation. Over the course of carrying out these small workout sessions, I’ve realised that balance and coordination are my strength. One specific area that I am working on is stamina and making sure I am pacing myself well – I believe this will naturally come with time, dedication and awareness. I also hope to further enhance my flexibility through these exercises as this will remove tension in the body and will be beneficial if I ever have the opportunity to carry out yoga activities in the future.
