Do you get enough sleep?

I personally think that sleeping is important as it provides energy for the day. But, sometimes students our age do not get enough sleep and a new study reports that napping can improve the brains ability to absorb new information. It turns out that toddlers are not the only ones who do better after an afternoon nap. New research has found that young adults who slept for 90 minutes after lunch raised their learning power, their memory apparently primed to absorb new facts. Although taking naps is important and it does have an impact on the way that we study and pay attention in class, children our age don’t take out the time / do not have the spare time to take a nap, even though it might be needed a few times during the week.
