What I value when working with other people is getting the work done and doing the work according to our strengths and weaknesses.

Somethings that people misunderstand about me is sometimes I get very loud and that doesn’t always mean I am angry.
I think of myself as more extroverted in group work but you may notice sometimes I am more introverted just depends n how I am feeling and who I am working with.
