Dpers On Our Devices

1.) The topic that I got for most important was Information being secure so my question is, How can we keep information secure will still keeping the internet as public as it is?.

How I thought of that question was my partner said something that came up was government information being leaked so I thought that’s actually a really big topic especially being about government information.

I feel that this question brings further dialogue because you can make the internet more secure by restricting a lot of the functions but the question says being a public as it is now, so that’s why it is going to be hard to try to have more ways to protect information while not restricting too many functions.

With this question, we will have to avoid the logical fallacy which is fallacy fallacy. Because with this there may not be as much things to support it with, but I feel that it is a good point.

I feel that this question is relevant because nowadays skilled hackers can get into anything and if they have something very personal than they should try to avoid it.

I think this question will not be relevant 3 years from now, I say this because I think more and more over the years, our information will become less and less secure due to the government or even companies wanting to find out our personal information and I feel like when this happens, fewer people will start to use the internet to store their information and then eventually there might not be anyone using the internet to store information.

In order to consider a wide range of perspectives related to your question, I would have to think about these three things: Will people in the future even store personal information on the internet (knowing that it can be accessed)? How easy is it for regular people to access others information? And how is information stored as of today?

Thank you for commenting I see your point, but I still feel that this point is important because even if companies want personal information you should be able to keep your personal things to yourself.

  2. I think that your question will be relevant to us in three years time cause we know that there are many experts and developers working to keep our privacy safe and secure and that we also have to play a large part in making this happen. The internet is a large place with many things we have not explored in our daily lives yet.So making sure that we are safe and secure is something very important. Our generation is also very much known for technology and since we use tech so much and it has had a significant role, we must do everything in our power to feel safe and private.Although if by any chance in the future, we are unable to upgrade our security in technology. We can have a problem as our private information is getting leaked our and accessed by hackers.
