Good comparison of the “introvert” and “extrovert” bringing out the positives and negatives. Both have their strengths.

I would argue against the claim that experts have a one-sided view of the field they have expertize in. What makes them an expert is the capability to take a look at things from different perspectives and thus to be recognized as an authority on the matter.

I know that you are very passionate about many different issues, so I enjoyed hearing your perspective on how you could apply what we have learned in IFP to them. Your understanding of peacebuilding is very good, great work!
