This month I kept the walking hours the same as other months because I still have the time for it since it’s summer and it’s still proven to be a good combination between being helpful for my wellbeing and a good form of exercise. Since more things are opening up, I’m hoping to get back to my original walking routine next month because it is a lot more eventful and the scenery is a lot better to the substitute I have at the moment. As a whole, I’ve also managed to walk with my friend again once this month which allowed me to get a little more social time in as well.
