I focused a lot more on strength training this time because of how it takes longer and I had more time so I wanted to take advantage of it. I still did HIIT training mainly to just keep it going. For both HIIT and strength, I found what makes things most motivating and where I do better is trying out different routines/workout plans every time or every other time because it keeps things different and unique every time. I also found splitting my strength training into sections of 10 minutes (so three sets every time) makes it more interesting.
